- Start adding events in your calendar a week in advance. This will help you to organize and plan out your workdays.
- Use a suitable organizing tool for yourself; a paper calendar, an electronic calendar, a table application, a check sheet or even a box booklet. Everybody has a preference.
- Give yourself a chance to breathe every day. Try spending a couple minutes taking big deep and calm breaths.
- Take a step outside! If given the chance walk outside during the workday. Go for a coffee. Go out to Lunch. Removing yourself from the work environment is a great way to clear your mind.
- Give your body regular muscular and brain refreshing movements both during work and leisure time. Find time for a quick stretch, or if you’ve been sitting for awhile just stand up! Getting up from your chair and away from your screen will have you feeling much better.
