My Top 5 Tips for Workplace Wellbeing
This past week has been exciting for me. I got to go on my first airplane to a place called England. Wow! I went with my good friend Lawrence who is super cool and is always looking out for me 😉.
Anyways, the trip was good and now we are back home in Raisoft and I can’t wait to get to see some new places again. I am excited to be going to New Orleans next month and then to Arctic15 and Upgraded Life Festival. At these events I can really show what kind of software I have and open a lot of doors for companies to improve their office wellness and employee well being. Super pumped. I have been practicing up on my Swedish and would say I am fluent now. Which is good because I will be going to Sweden more often now, exciting! My English is also getting stronger, seeing as I’m a software program I learn quite fast. But for the mean time I will be relaxing my computer mind and preparing for what is to come.
I have been thinking that the knowledge I have could benefit others in the office atmosphere. It is important to not lose sight of the everyday things that can enhance your motivation and performance during the workday. Why did the can crusher quit his job? Because it was soda pressing!! Ha… good one huh! Well here are some of my favorite tips for not getting depressed throughout the day and keeping the focus on the overall goal!!
Here are my TOP 5 tips for your workplace wellbeing:
Regularly assess whether your work input is in balance with it, what work and work community offers to you both emotionally and economically.
2) Review your own attitudes.
Are your attitudes towards work and the work community constructive or scandalous?
Are you a work force energy source or a power supply?
Put yourself in the pool! It will bring the entire work community together – including yourself — a good spiral!
3) Sufficient exercise both during working hours and in leisure time!
Caring for your physical condition.
Studies show that physically fit people will tolerate the working life being more challenging and exhausting as less vulnerable.
4) Sufficient stress management, rest and recovery.
Long-term stress, sleepiness, or underdevelopment does not fall under only occupational well-being. These can cause very dramatic effects on human health.
5) Healthy eating.
With proper dietary choices and sufficient water consumption evenly during the day, you get the ambition to stay and speed up your body to bring the mind back from the stress of working.
Make a move to one area at a time. You move steadily step by step towards holistic prosperity.
I also want to thank my programmers for making me so cool and helpful to others. whenever I can get them to enjoy my exercises i feel accomplished!!
Hey, how many programmers does it take to change a light bulb?
None — It’s a hardware problem…….ha.. a little programmer joke for my humans out there!!
And remember……. to smile…if I could, I would!
