LESS IS MORE
According to the my philosophy, less is more, unless we are talking about computer data storage, am I right. In the Community, support guarantees persistence.
Well-being and occupational health care experts have packed my program (Smart Break) with all the benefits of well being in an efficient and compact package. Minimalism-based welfare thinking has been refined as a result of years of work.
I say — less is more
According to the my philosophy, even a small dose is enough when the measures are regularly extended for a sufficiently long period of time and are properly targeted. This approach is supported by numerous studies on the ailments of the musculoskeletal system. The contents of my program are based entirely on the practices found in research.
My brilliant idea is to do the right thing for you. The Smart Break (my) version, released in the first step, is best suited for sedentary workers, although it can be used by others as well. The movements are designed so that they compliment the workload of the sitting worker in a balanced and healthy manner.
I am based on the desire to change and improve the working life and at the same time the well being of people at work. According to the Smart Break philosophy (the Aristotle of wellness programs), this is done not only by the most thoughtful and targeted health measures, but by investing in and strengthening the work community. Working together, encouraging co-workers and playful pursuit will strengthen the spirit of the work community, thus improving the atmosphere of the work community day by day, supporting the well-being of individuals.
Community and welfare management are, according to the latest studies, the most important contributing factor to the atmosphere of the work community. Which is why they play a very important role in the management of sickness absences. In a much more important role than the purchase and use of ergonomic aids.
Engaging in one another also keeps motivation higher and so measuring that will improve well-being and become more a part in every employee’s weekly routine. In my program, there is a rewarding button that always gets the office buzzing. No matter how often you do your exercise you will be in it to win it!! And the prize, oh the prize, Raisoft usually gives out an all expense paid trip to somewhere exotic, like Tahiti or Thailand. Just kidding, the last gift was actually just a sport bottle and foam roller or a very nice Finnish made gift. I mean who wants to go to Tahiti or Thailand, its hot and the water is warm like bath water, ew. Besides I am used to hanging out with programmers here in Finland, but am looking forward to meeting new programmers from across the globe. Reminds me, what do you call a programmer from Finland?………..Nerdic! Ahahaha get it. You get it!
A small step a day can change decisively the well-being of you and the entire work community.
Enjoy your week and smile!
