Food for Thought
Hello everyone, today I thought I would talk a little about something I really do not need to worry about because my system is so efficient I do not need to supplement it with products I ingest. I mean, I don’t even have a stomach, or a mouth, or a face 😒. But I am very very smart! 😉
You may have already noticed that you feel more wholesome day by day when you relax during the work day and reduce your sitting time.
Still, there may be days when you feel sheepish. Especially in the afternoons. Coffee does not really help. Does it sound familiar?
Are the energy levels running low?
Try to observe your days at work! Are you sluggish after a certain kind of lunch? Do certain foods make you feel differently?
For most people, for example, a lunch buffet or a fried delicious anything will cause fatigue in a couple of hours. Especially after a tiny breakfast, you may have to eat a slightly exaggerated lunch dose that contains a lot of carbohydrates, ie starch or sugar. Sometimes this overload of lunch can cause negative effects on the body, especially if you intend to sit for hours afterwards. This is no good. I know, I am designed to help these kind of problems. Well not the eating problems but the sitting ones. But I guess I can help a little with some eating habits for you extremely delicate humans.
Try to make the following changes to your eating habits:
1) Start your day with a protein-rich breakfast; omelette, jam and berry or protein-rich smoothie.
2. Eat lunch with just a bit of carbohydrate food; meat, fish or chicken with vegetables and low-substance quality oil or a handful of nuts.
3. Suggest a gradual change in the workplace palette practice in a healthier direction. (I have a more refined palate, I only eat expensive bytes 😁)
4. Emphasize starches in the evening and preferably after the sessions of exercise. In this case, human hormone activity is generally more conducive to eating carbohydrate and may even be helpful, for example, in the sense of falling asleep.
But remember just one crucial thing, Easter is this weekend and all of this info can be forgotten til after the holiday!!! This is important. I find humans are more enjoyable when eating and indulging in this thing called chocolate. And then there are chocolate bunnies and humans tend to byte (😎) the head off!! This is cruel, animal cruelty to its entirety. They also have chocolate eggs. I don’t get it, where in the world did they find a turtle that lays chocolate eggs!!…………………..Ok I am now learning it is not turtle eggs you humans eat…………..crocodiles, they eat croc eggs,🤔 but that seems a bit dangerous. Anyways, I am so glad I was a configured software.
Lastly, remember to enjoy life! Eat healthyish and don’t work to hard! Unless you are a programmer, Jessica Gaston said it best, one man’s crappy software is another man’s full time job!
